Back to app C-Suite HQ

Terms of Use

Last updated: April 28, 2026

By using C-Suite HQ, you agree to use the application for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Pricing, Free-Tier Cap, and Alpha Billing

Each tenant has a $5 USD per calendar month free-tier cap on AI token usage. Estimated usage is deducted from this allowance and is visible in the application sidebar. The cap applies per tenant, not per user, and resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC).

During the alpha period, requests are blocked once a tenant reaches the cap and you will not be billed for any usage above the cap. To continue using the service after the cap, a tenant administrator must request a higher monthly limit.

After the alpha period ends, usage above the $5 free-tier cap may be billed at rates derived from the underlying model pricing displayed in the app. C-Suite HQ will notify tenant administrators before any post-alpha billing change takes effect, and continued use after that notice will constitute acceptance of the updated billing terms.

Per-model token rates shown in the sidebar are estimates intended for transparency. Final billed amounts (if any, post-alpha) will be based on actual measured usage and the then-current published rates.

Acceptable Use

You must not use C-Suite HQ to violate laws, abuse infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Account and Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You should change the default password promptly after account creation. C-Suite HQ may send automated security reminders if a default password remains in use.

Communications Consent

By creating an account, you consent to receive operational emails from C-Suite HQ, including security reminders, password reset messages, and administrative notifications sent by your tenant administrator. These are transactional communications necessary for the operation of the service, not marketing.

AI Output Notice

Model responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for validating output before operational use.

Data and Session Storage

Session history, audit events, account information, and vault content may be stored locally or in configured infrastructure for troubleshooting and continuity.

Service Changes

Features may change over time. Continued use of C-Suite HQ after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
